The development proposal is a four storey mixed use building with one level of underground garage, on a 4,027 m2 land on Finch Avenue just east of Bathurst Street. There are a total of 90 residential units in the building, and approximately 1,300 m2 of at grade commercial space, with a total gross floor area of approximately 6,000 m2. This proposal is being viewed as a perfect example of forward modern thinking amongst the recent surge of mid-rise developments in Toronto.
