ICON Architects will assist the client in the preparation of the program and its requirements, and/or analyze a given program, to appreciate the fundamental nature of the project. With the start of the schematic design, the relationships of the different spaces with their respective size requirements will be considered, and examined with other components of the building, such as structural, mechanical and electrical requirements. At this stage of the project, we will explore all the potential design solutions to achieve the best and the most efficient possible result, which will be presented to the client for their review and comments. We appreciate our client's preferences and needs, and would like to be able to recognize them as part of the design team. Icon Architects will provide sketches, 3D images of both the interior and exterior of the building, and build study models to assist the client, and all the stakeholders in understanding of the outcome to be.

ICON Architects will help select the most suitable consultants for the project, in the design development stage, and throughout the preparation of working drawings, and dedicate its entire staff to advance the project, based on the client's schedule. We make an effort to minimize maintenance and operation costs by selecting the durable and sustainable construction materials and thought-out construction details, with integrating energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems. This, combined with our knowledge of using passive solar and wind energy, (if the client is willing) assures the achievement of an outstanding building, which provides an inviting environment for both the visitors and tenants.
